Need more sleep. (4/100)

Yesterday was successful but I only got 2 hours of sleep last night. I stayed up too late completing my writing pieces and in between finishing them up, I watched a bit of The Crown on Netflix. I had to get up before 5:30 this morning for a book club with some folks in India and Singapore. It is rather worth it, their company, so I made myself get up this morning and took a quick 45-minute as soon as I could after a couple more calls.

I don’t think what I’m doing is sustainable. I forced myself to take just an hour’s nap this afternoon as my energy waned and I felt like I was fading. I didn’t want to take another long nap that would result in my going to bed at three in the morning. I may be working out daily, but my not getting ample sleep negates all that. Hope to figure out a better schedule over the weekend.
