Sore AF (3/100)

I’m a bit disappointed I didn’t close all my rings for my activity yesterday. Of the three, I failed the Stand ring, only because I took a 3-hour nap late in the afternoon. Time was against me, even as I avoided sitting down and doing cardio in the evening. It was just not going to happen. But I made it to 10 out of 12.

I was hurting all day though. My muscles were sore in so many places, but a good kind of sore. Time, a bit of stretching, and more workouts should fix it soon enough.
