Still going. (2/100)

I completed all my tasks yesterday, although I thought I would put off my workout last night. I skewed my schedule by taking an hour’s nap right before dinner. I woke up tired and lazy. I had a little bit of dinner then forced myself to work out while the kids were put to sleep. I was not in the mood at all. My body was already sore from my workout the day before. This is what I get for not working out in weeks. Bah.

I got stuck on a call earlier in the day, so my daughter and I couldn’t make our planned hike, but I did a 15-minute walk around our property while the little ones played outside in the sun. I just kept going up our driveway all the way to the mailbox and back down again a few times, covering three-quarters of a mile, per the Activity app on my phone. Every little step counts!

Now I just need to get momentum going—one day at a time.
